How do I return my order?

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page. We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. We do not accept returns for boxer shorts due to hygiene concerns. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@4foursquaresclothing.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account. If you have to return anything from a combos pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us through email on support@4foursquaresclothing.com. If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. How will I get my refund? Once the order has been couriered, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines: NEFT refund process takes 72 hours.

Payment Gateway refund process takes 12 to 15 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays. How do I self-ship my order? You can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed-Post, to the address below. Please mention in bold the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover. Please write the phrase 'SELF SHIP' on the cover of the package.
